While support for ESS@Work is optional, we do recommend consideration for obtaining support for your initial 1st year.

Support service*  offers you solution updates and availability to our 24x7 web-based support center.  We augment support services with "live" webcast(s) as may be required.All of our support services are driven by Service Level Agreements which guarantee you speedy response to your questions and issues.  

* Pre-paid Annual support includes up to 8 hours of implementation assistance via scheduled webcast @ No Extra Cost.
